Fm26 Can T Sub Injured Player, I can do anything now, cant resume game nothing.

Fm26 Can T Sub Injured Player, Had made all my subs but then one of my players received an injury. I went to replace him and chose a replacement, but hit CANCEL because I decided that I wanted to replace two players, but the game Usually and quite obviously, they tell you who is injured, and you can sometimes see them fall over. the game wont let me continue as i have an injured player on the field. The obvious choice is McNeil but when I subbed him off my assistant informed me I still had I can’t continue the game as I have an injured player on the pitch, only I have no idea who it is. Why can’t we just take him off and play with 10 men for 2 minutes, then sub him during half time? This way I don’t have to waste a precious substitution stoppage. Can’t make subs via that option. So as usual getting the bug where you can't make any subs in the second half, so I can't replace my injured player. been playing for many years and only just noticed this. Dragging and dropping, pressing the quick select button, doesn't work; the window just Ok, somehow I manage to take the game to extra-time, then I realize I got an additional sub allowed.
